After earning her medical degree in Venezuela in 1999, Karina practiced as an anesthesiologist for over 12 years, working in both public hospitals and private practice. Collaborating with leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists inspired her passion for aesthetic medicine and the art of facial rejuvenation.

Following her move to New York City, Karina continued her medical career by becoming a Registered Nurse and later advancing her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her diverse medical background provides a strong foundation for delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments.

Karina gained extensive hands-on experience at a prestigious Park Avenue plastic surgery practice, where she worked alongside renowned facial plastic and oculoplastic surgeons. During this time, she received advanced training in cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, and a variety of aesthetic procedures, while also assisting in the operating room. This experience further deepened her expertise in facial anatomy and aesthetic enhancement.
